Charles Lukmann, III

Chuck Lukmann received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame (BA, with honors, 1975) and his law degree from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis (J.D., cum laude, 1979). In 1979, Chuck joined the law firm and was made partner in 1985. Since 1980, Chuck has served as the Town Attorney for the town of Chesterton and its boards. In addition, Chuck maintains a wide-ranging practice, including personal injury litigation, real estate, business, railroad, and zoning litigation.

Chuck Parkinson received his undergraduate degree from Grand Valley State (B.S., 1987). Morris A. Sunkel

Morrie Sunkel received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois (B.S. Accounting, 1970) and his law degree from Valparaiso School of Law (J.D. 1975). Morrie also holds an LLM in Taxation from the John Marshall School of Law. He has been a certified public accountant since 1971, and since April 2007, he has held the title of Certified Estate Planning and Administration Specialist. Since joining Harris Welsh & Lukmann in January 2008, Morrie has continued concentrating on business law, elder law, and wealth planning. Morrie also served as an adjunct faculty member at the Valparaiso University School of Law.
